PRODUCT · FACTURO

The whole back office, on one simple screen.

Facturo is invoicing and client management built for small service businesses — landscapers, plumbers, contractors, handymen. Quote it, send it, bill it, get paid: everything a small service team needs to run, without a bookkeeping degree or a second monitor.

400+automated tests, run against real PostgreSQL

One glance. Whole business.

The dashboard opens on what's owed, what's late, and how the year is trending — a 12-month revenue picture, receivables aging, your quote win rate, best clients, and what next month's autopilot will bill. No report-building. It's just there.

Facturo dashboard for Green Valley Landscaping: outstanding and overdue totals, KPI cards with a sparkline, a 13-month seasonal revenue bar chart, receivables aging buckets, quote pipeline, and top clients
A year of seasonal revenue, aging buckets, the quote pipeline, top clients, and two billing plans queued for next month. Every number links to the work behind it — and the whole thing speaks Spanish too, one toggle away.

Everything a service team actually needs. Nothing it doesn't.

You didn't start a landscaping company to do data entry. Every step here is one screen, and every document goes out branded as your business, not ours.

Quotes clients accept online

Build a quote from your price sheet in a minute, send a branded PDF with a secure link — no client account needed. They tap accept, you get to work.

Invoices that chase themselves

Draft, sent, viewed, paid, overdue — the dashboard shows what's outstanding, what came in, and exactly who needs a reminder today. One click sends it.

Branded PDFs, zero effort

Every quote and invoice renders as a clean PDF with your logo, colors, license number, and payment terms. It looks like you hired a designer. You didn't.

Payment tracking that adds up

Register a payment and the invoice flips to paid instantly. The aging report shows who's 17, 47, or 77 days behind — so nothing quietly slips.

Monthly billing on autopilot

Recurring and seasonal plans generate each month's invoices into a review queue — edit, skip, or approve-and-send-all. Annual contracts split into equal payments that provably can't drift.

A price sheet per trade

Start from a catalog for your trade — mowing, drain clearing, drywall — and make it your own. Quotes build themselves from prices you set once.

Simple enough to run from the truck

Real screens, real demo data. Every business gets its own logo, color, and language — and the autopilot keeps a human hand on the wheel.

A Facturo invoice detail screen: line items for weekly mowing and fall cleanup, subtotal, tax, and balance, with buttons to download the PDF, send a reminder, or duplicate

Under the hood

Boring-on-purpose engineering, because billing software holds other people's money conversations.

Three layers between businesses

Every company's data is isolated three ways: a fail-closed data layer that refuses unscoped queries, same-business validation on every relation, and PostgreSQL row-level security enforced by the database itself. The app won't even boot if its database role could bypass it.

Tested like production, because it is

400+ automated tests across 51 files run against real PostgreSQL — never a lookalike database — so security rules, locks, and constraints behave in tests exactly as they do live.

Fully bilingual, down to the PDF

English and Spanish are both first-class: a Spanish-speaking owner sends perfect English invoices from the same screen, and every PDF renders in the client's language. Roughly 460 strings, proofread both directions.

Fast because it's simple

Server-rendered pages with HTMX — no heavyweight front-end framework between you and the fix. Passkey and TOTP two-factor for staff accounts, and an operator console that provisions a new business with a single-use invite link and QR code.
